then yesterday i made fantastic roast pork belly and treacle tart with vanilla salt and i drank a bottle of Fleurie, it was a good day.

What you do is get the seeds from a vanilla pod and rub them in with 25g of sea salt
it's a savory balance to the absurdly sweet treeacle tart, it's one of heston's but very easy and very tasty.
