I have to buy either a new PC or a PS£/XBox360 to be able to play Skyrim.
I can't afford either.

Is it good?

Not sure, run the system test in Steam and look at the specs
Apparently it's not too bad if you can play oblivion at all you should be able to play it but it'll have long load times.

It's really good so far, tough though.

Oblivion runs absolutely fine, but I think my graphics card is below the minimum spec required.

Ah that could be a problem, it might not even bother trying if your gfx card isn't supported.

Get a PS3, second hand, on the cheap, and we can play Portal 2 co-op together as I still haven't played the co-op yet.
