Prawn cocktail was always the starter for Christmas in the 'cow householdI shall not be changing this tradition but may do the prawns and possibly scallops hot now

I did prawn cocktail last year, it was greatly recieved, not a drop was left.My secret is horseraddish in the sauce.
How about adding a bit of lobster for everyone?
