Oh my god.I just had some of the posh cheeses I bought yesterday, with chili jelly, and truffle honey. It's the most amazing taste in the world, pure deveine, my tastebuds are exploding with amazing flavour, I could eat the whole lot right now but I'm saving it for tonight.
This christmas I'm going to buy a cheeseboard for the family meal. I'm telling you, this is very VERY special food, it really is one of the nicest things I've ever tasted.

OH man, deffo. I'm gonna get some port to go with it tonight now I got Langres, which is AMAZING, the best one. Eponisses which is really good and a cannonbear that needs to mature a bit. And I think I'll get myself a pie de anglois as the Eponisses is running out and that's the most similar thing you can get in normal shops.
