Amberl's not dead.
She's been sick but is now on the mend and hopes to be back on here soon. I don't know any more than this and I won't be back on today most likely but as I know some of you, like me, were worried I thought I'd pass this on.

Oh my god.
I just had some of the posh cheeses I bought yesterday, with chili jelly, and truffle honey. It's the most amazing taste in the world, pure deveine, my tastebuds are exploding with amazing flavour, I could eat the whole lot right now but I'm saving it for tonight.

This christmas I'm going to buy a cheeseboard for the family meal. I'm telling you, this is very VERY special food, it really is one of the nicest things I've ever tasted.

I can't have Christmas without a ton of cheese.
And chutney. And port. Oh man I love Christmas.
What cheeses you got?

OH man, deffo. I'm gonna get some port to go with it tonight now
I got Langres, which is AMAZING, the best one. Eponisses which is really good and a cannonbear that needs to mature a bit. And I think I'll get myself a pie de anglois as the Eponisses is running out and that's the most similar thing you can get in normal shops.
