also i went to the gym before work this morning and did 90 mins of working out including some running. so i thought i would have breakfast, which i never normally do. wholegrain bagel with crunchy peanut butter and fresh orange? yes.

but it was the very last bagel. and the fucking toast machine in the staff restaurant burnt it. because the prick behind me changed the conveyor belt speed to suit his bread. it's a fucking good job EAT has minestrone and pesto soup today. and that i am having a lovely tea with monty and co tonight. otherwise there would be Trouble.
