I too am awesome at my job, except when it involves talking to customers, but then this just help people understand why I should never be customer-facing.

I'm quite good at talking to customers as long as they're not mongs. This is why I retreated from customer-facing employment.

Don't be daft Lad.
I'm and engineer, but occasionally I need to talk to the people we are doing the work for. when it's conversation between engineers it all goes swimmingly and stuff gets done, when management/marketing gets involved, it can go a bit mammaries vertical.

Oh, and for the record, I'm not a 'proper' engineer, but it's what it says on my business cards.

Yeah, I have one of those jobs too.
I have at least 3 distinct job-roles and I work in a fairly niche industry. Sadly all 3 are being bus ATM which will make the next week or so a fucker.
