In my experience of job centers
there's about 1 in 5 people who work there who are any good, and they're so fucked over by the shitty processes they have no motivation.
I would hate to work there. Awful.

I can hardly bear driving past the queue outside the branch near work;
i have to switch to internal air on only and then my windscreen can fog up :(

I can confirm that it's the most soul destroying environment I've ever worked in.
How I lasted two and a half years I'll never know. But, I always tried to do my best by my clients while I was there.
