That's the one. Yeah, I'd have them where the matzo was broken into bits into the egg mix then fried.We didn't have them with sugar though.

Cool, I'm pretty sure the sugar is traditional, but if you treat it like eggy bread, then you won't go wrong..... things like mayple syrup, bacon, sugar, cinamon, nutmeg....etc... all work well. Or you can have them how you've had them, savory.
