This week is crawling a little
However, the next two weeks are going to be fucking manic, all hotels, casinos, bingo halls, etc order extra cards to keep them going over the holiday period, when we're closed. We'll send out about 5 times the usual amount of cards in the lead up to Christmas.

Alt: Being shitfaced with your friends at the pub.
EDIT: When I actually wake up, it's an hour of recovery, before phoning my Dad to come and collect me.

Steak is going out of date.
I may concoct an excellent sammich involving steak, chilli and cheese for tomorrow, with red onion chutney added for extra nom

Oof, nice!
I picked up a couple of cheap steaks not too long ago, just so I could have sandwiches for a couple of days. Still 1 left over afterwards, ending up making a sweet chilli beef stir fry, was excellent, but fucking hell, it had a kick to it.

Sportscow's make it up as you go along Thai/Vietnamese soup
2 x spring onion, finely sliced
1 x thumb sized piece of ginger, matchsticked
2 x chilli
1 x coriander bunch stalks only

Stir fry until smelling nice then add veg stock and a few mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are done and soup turns almost black

I then added really finely cut raw steak, coriander leaves and more shredded spring onions

It was fucking lovely! The steak gets slightly poached in the heat of the soup

May well do this myself, I can't see even needed decent steak
Add some noodles and peppers, make it into a 2 or 3 portion meal.
