Ok, I learnt about how to handle confrontation in these classes I took.
First you explain the situation.
I have just come on here and have seen that this person who doesn't know us is calling me and some people I like cunts.

Then explain how the situation makes you feel.
I feel personally hurt and horrifide that I have been painted in a negative light despite my complete non envolvement.

Then explain how you'll resolve the situation.
First I need to check if the user profile belongs to a male or female.
