Not sure about Ghosts, but I've been in some places that have given me the creeps.
And others that should have done, but feel fine.

I went on a ripper walk in London, yonks ago. I expect some of the places have been re-developed since then.

This is south of the river, in Bourough
so, no rippers but it's a nice area and should be a laugh.

You'll probably come across the ghosts of failed sports teachers

Spooky Borough High Street!
FEAR the Most Haunted Sainsbury's in SE1!
RECOIL IN HORROR at the inflated prices in the market!
SCREAM at the millions of people in your way as you go past Vinopolis!
VOMIT on a crackhead as he asks you for 50p for the train home, guv.

Acording to the blerb:
Weaving together ghost stories with local history and folklore, this exhilarating walk takes in haunted pubs, a female gladiator, Cross Bones Graveyard and the spookiest stretch of the Thames.

Led by local writer John Constable, author of The Southwark Mysteries and Secret Bankside - Walks In The Outlaw Borough.

Actually
Cross Bones Graveyard - or at least the story of it - is quite interesting. The whole area was full of dens of iniquity and was a general haven for thieves and vagabonds, so I can imagine if the guy tells you all about that kind of thing there could be a fun evening in it!

This is my thinking.
should be worth £7, I'm sure I've paid more for less.
