I had to have a 24hr heart pressure monitor recently
and at one point my pressure dropped to 75/50, not too far from coma time.

I get massive double vision
which means it could be a form of migrane as your sight areas and heart and blood pressure areas are right next to each other in ya brain, then a lack of blood or over flow of blood buggers them both
