i think the kind of urgent "eat seaweed and drink unicorn piss to lose 7lbs in a week" detoxes that you see in magazines are pointless.
but i mean that i am cutting out bad things like diet coke, chocolate, chips, alcohol etc for 100 days. this can't be pointless!

if you cut it out two days a week for the rest of your life, that has a point. Cutting it out for a short period of time then going back to it is a complete waste of time.
