I was teetotal (by accident) for over two years!Didn't miss the booze. Started again and I have a couple of glasses of wine most days (with dinner). Even now, when I do have a dry spell I don't miss it. YMMV

Well...I started going out to pubs in the villages around my home town with mates (none of whom I could trust NOT to have a drink or two over the limit, most of whom were fucking awful drivers even when sober) so I drove.
Didn't realise I hadn't had an alcoholic drink until a good 14 months in, then realised I hadn't missed it!
In other news, just got in from the pub.
