where the chemist bores you for 15 minutes telling you about the side effects before you can buy the drugs. If you really want the drugs you can get them but if you don't then it'll be a ballache.

I have another thought now,
you can take whatever drugs you like but you have to sign a waver and dip your finger in that ink they use in elections that doesn't wash off for 48 hours. So you can get fucked as you want but if you drive, cause a fight or go to work with a purple finger then you have to accept the consequences. Also you probably won't be allowed in pubs.
