I'm not sure why I'm watching it but it's still brilliant.

It very clearly says in our tenancy agreements no pets
stupid bint went and got a dog anyway, and not even a sensible one, one of those tiny yappy breeds. Landlord found out and gave her an eviction notice.

Well yes
although it assumes than an even bigger fuckwit doesn't move in and replace her. I don't like sharing a house.

Only about six weeks actually
but if I want to continue seeing TB I have to stay in Leamington - I'd never see him if I moved to Oxford, he just doesn't have the time as he works 7 days a week.

Is Oxford more expensive than Leamington?

Hugely, yes
Minimum for a decent one bed flat is £700-800, bills on top of that... but if I moved, I'd hopefully be sharing with either just one or two other people, or someone I know, or I'll get lucky and find a decent studio with bills inclusive.

5 others
I have my own shower, so that's not a problem, it's the kitchen that bothers me. I'm sick of tidying up after other people.

I can see how that might be an issue.
Are they quite a sociable lot?

I have a great deal here though
I'd have to be moving for the right reasons and for the right place, as it'd likely mean the demise of my relationship...

I meant in Leamington.
Or is a one-bed-place in Leamington too big an ask as well?

No, there's no way I can afford a flat and bills in Leamington
on top of the cost of my season ticket. Absolutely no way. I'm skint as fuck as it is.

In which case, staying where you are makes the most sense.
Even if the kitchen needs a bit of organisation.

I like my little studio flatlet thing
as long as I'm in Leamington, I'll live here and just suck it up re: the bad bits.

My current one is telling them all that the other lecturer is starting a restaurant for cats.
