it's kinda greeny blue
and has windows with net curtains and window boxes and from what I can see of inside there seems to be a workshop in there

Buy a chargeable power screwdriver with posidrive and flat heads.

You'll use it forever, but most immediately use it to remove the lock and get in. You have a shed of secrets.
