Oh man, how you doing the salmon? I'm totally digging the idea of a Salmon and new potato dinner at the moment...
... I like to do that but I season-flour the salmon and shallow-fry. Then serve with sweet-chili mixed with mayo. Oh dude, that is _exactly_ what I want for dinner this week at some point. I can totally make my awesome potato salad the next day too. GOOD THINKING MAN.

Are you a vegeterian? I've never tried Quorn before, but I like the idea of having a low-fat alternative to meat. I might give it a shot this week.

Keeping the salmon simple
A drizzle of olive oil and a grind of salt and pepper and baked for 20 mins.
EDIT: and a clove of garlic in with it.

I am vegetarian. Quorn is not that exciting, but it can be flavoured to resemble something and I need protein in my meal.

I like that you cook meat even though you don't eat it yourself. Do you just chop the garlic up and put it over it?
I quite like Tofu when it gets crispy.

Usually I'd chop it and put it over it
But my wife is breast-feeding a very colicky baby and the advice is to avoid foods that might cause wind, so I just added it to the pan, to give a bit of flavour.
