We didn't
It was sold as a 4 bedroom house but it also has a study and box room which you can easily fit a bed in. We bought the biggest house we could afford as we knew the prices would rocket up once the rest of the estate and amenities were built afterwards

Mine is worth probably £100K more than I paid for it, but I've been in it for 16 years.
