sounds about right, unless you have a significant deposit, 50% plus
in which case you might do better

I need to look at the paperwork and double check what it's going to revert to.
If it's anything like 4% I'll leave it at that and just keep an eye out to see what happens in the future. We can always remortgage at a later date.
