FUCK YEAHI'm making steak'n'chips with a blue cheese sauce. Proper real chips, that are brown on the outside, and crispy, and fluffy on the inside, that taste actually of potato. And for the last 5 minutes of frying, I put onions in with the oil, 'cus they go really nice and sweet too. FUCK YEAH, this is gonna be an awesome meal.
