10 minutes cross trainer
or 40 lengths and about 10 minutes hard work lazing about in the jacuzzi

My legs hurt.

i get bored if I go on any one thing for long and I'm never really sure about the weights.

I mean I try to go 2 or 3 times A WEEK. Going that many times a month would make it barely worth while
