As I'm a terrible povvo, I'd be quite tempted to have branston pickle on that, rather than the mustardEither that, or maybe some horseradish, but for that, the ham would still have to be warm.

The ham and the mustard came as a gift it would be churlish not to use them together.
Might try pickle tomorrow though.
