for a charity, and "clients" is the term by which they're called, or "service users", if I'm pissed off.

Is Skylight a charity?
The one I work at started to help the jobless into work, then opened a free net cafe for ECDL training, CVs, job searches etc. Now it's just used for fucking about on Facebook and Youtube.
