If I were a rich manThere is a music venue/arts centre round here that is constantly struggling. It is run by people who love what they do and put on some amazing stuff, usually at a loss.
I would become a benefactor for them - they lost one of their venues due to an unreasonable landlord, so I would buy it back. I would also renovate their other venue.

A couple of old mates of mine bought a rehearsal/performance space in Sunderland that was going underThey reduced rents and it is now booming. I know a few mates who have bands as a direct result of this so I'd probably do the same.
Actually, I'll plug my mate's band Ashes Of Iron here. Very good indeed and just released their first album
