I drank an awful lot of wine last night
and have been cripplingly hungover all day as a consequence. So attending a football match with 26,000 people shouting and clapping and generally hurting my head wasn't ideal. But we beat Chelsea and that makes me feel better.

Tonight I shall be quietly watching some uncomplicated telly and going to bed early.
