at home kit or from the dentist?

(, Tue 13 Mar 2012, 13:19, 1 reply, 14 years ago)
dentist but to do at home
i am such a wuss that i did shitloads of research and came to the conclusion this was the most effective and the least painful. then i chose a really fancy dentist and was reassured when he told me the same thing, as the "at home" is actually £195 cheaper than the "in chair", so i kind of felt he wasn't just trying to rip me off!

why not get some strips or whitening toothpaste

only for some people
but my teeth are fairly sensitive anyway, so i bet i am one of the lucky ones.
