There shouldn't be any problem with allowing abortion - it's a woman's body, etc etc....
I know you get those cases where the father wants to keep the baby and the mother doesn't. They should only be able to do it if they can transplant teh foetus into either themselves or another willing volunteer. Not going to be possible at all, but just as sensible as forcing a woman to go through a pregnancy she doesn't want.
