I want to make a new computer
so I go round ebuyer adding up all the components I want and then see how much it'll cost. Then not buy it because I'm poor.

Haha, I ain't done that for years.
The most expensive custom computer I've built is from apple.com, do you follow rules like no software, waranties, and no redundant/unused equipment?

I generally try to keep it as powerful as possible for under £500
and I'll keep my case/monitor keyboard etc.
I don't add waranties and all that stuff.
