I donno, never got into Buffy, even though SMG is fit (although prefer Allison Hannigon).
Awake is about this guy who was in a car crash with his son and wife. He wakes up one day, and his son died in the accident, then the next day when he wakes up, his wife died instead. You're not quite sure if he's mental, he sees a phsyciatrist on both sides who are both trying to convince him that day is the 'real' day and the other day is the 'dream' day... but a lot of the details cross over, and you're like "Is it his subconcious telling him clues in his 'dream' day?".

Alchatraz gets quite a bit better, but I'd say if you ain't into it after eppisode 5, then it's not gonna be worth it for you.
I got Grimm too, but ian't gotten around to watching it.
