I have a perfect steak that needs to be eaten today or binned. I have the makings of a peppcorn sauce with brandy and mushrooms. I have a jacket potato with blue cheese to crumble over it. I have the makings of a nice salad with balsamic vinegarette and beatroots (I fucking love beatroots), I was going to slice some strong pickled onions over it, like little flavour bombs. It was going to rock. I've been looking forward to it all week.
And now my guts hurt and I can't take that kind of food, let alone be fucked to make it. I'll do the jacket potato 'cus if I don't eat it'll get worst and I've already cooked it. Fuck's sake. I was so looking forward to that, now I have to bin a £8 ribeye 'cus I thought I froze it on thursday but it was hiding in the fridge.
I'm a dyslexic who likes to write and communicates mostly through text.
I'm a food enphusiast who has chronic gastro problems.
I'm a ...ermm.... don't these profound things come in threes? ermm.... yeah'. I'm a great lover yet perma-single.
I had to turn down the "I DONT KNOW IF ITS A DATE" date tomo too 'cus having to use a hot water bottle isn't a good look, and I've got SOOO much work to do.
However, I get my treatment on wensday and then I'm good for another 7 weeks or soo, and life can go back to being totally awesome by this time next week.
Game of Throwns fucking rocks though.

To buy the food once you're sure of the gastro problems - or do they just come on irregularly?

I sometimes moan about stuff, but it always pulls me up short when I read about your condition.

I'll tell you one thing though, first jacket potato I've had in about 5 years, and it tastes AMAZING with butter and a tiny drop of blue cheese.
I think that's gonna be my 'thing' now, jacket potatos.

I think you can. Dunno if it'd be any good, mind, but it could go in a stew or a stirfry if not.
