yayI wish there were more points to my job when I could measure my awesomeness. We spend all day giving feedback and 'well done's to the kids, but it's rare anyone goes "bloody good job, there", which sometimes you just need to keep you going

This is why I love being the bits'n'bobs man.Tiny little things that last a day or two at most, that end in a "HOLY SHIT, THATS COOL". Fuck the big long projects, that also end in a "HOLY SHIT, THATS COOL".
Today I subtially asked a few people if they're also being head-hunted, pretty much everyone is at the moment. I really need some better money, I'm having to do private work to keep my head above water, that I wouldn't have to do with other jobs. But, I fucking love working where I am and what I do. And my skillsets are growing and growing.
