I'm hoping I get good news too, but I don't plan to let the anticipation stop me sleeping...

mostly stressing about how difficult it is to actually get a place in London. BUT I have a bunch of places to view tomorrow as I'm going down.
BUT I'm rethinking the area I want to live in now, all the places I'm looking at are expensive places in Aldgate but I've gone back to Finsbury Park armed with what I've learned and I think I could pay £200 less a month there for practically the same length of commute overground rather than underground. So enh.

It might be worth looking at www.spareroom.co.uk/ just to fill a short term gap.
Sharing might not be the ideal solution in the long term, but if it buys you a month or so....

"Hi there, We are looking for a third flatmate to join with us to move into a three bed house/large flat. We are both 28 year old females, professional, hard working but enjoy the weekends ;)..."

I appreciate you want your own place, but if for 8 or 12 weeks you share, it'll give you more options.

I'll see how the viewings I've got tomorrow go, if none of them grab me I'm going to try and see what viewings I can get up in Finsbury Park next Wednesday. After that it's sharing.
