And there aren't any films I'd actively look forward to. I think I'd seriously need to take a long, hard look at what had gone wrong with my life if something projected onto a screen in a darkened room was something that I'd consider devoting any significant level of emotion towards until I actually got to the cinema.

I'm just not going to waste advanced emotions on something that doesn't involve interaction with, y'know, other actual human beings. It's like being excited weeks in advance about a new carpet.
