I wasn't going to get one of themmy friend had one and he said the screen wasn't very touch sensitive, which for a touch screen phone I would consider pretty essential.

Cheap phones have Resisitive screens that have a lag. The wildfire was always made to be a cheap low end phone and android doesn't work well on anything low end.
