You need to take the hard line on this, yes it will break your heart in the short term but in the long run it will be better. I also think you need to stop paying, stick the money in an account for her instead. She is quite obviously using your love for your daughter as a weapon against you and there has to be a point where you stop letting her and sooner is better than later.
