How does not cutting it make it more tender?Surely its how it cooks that matters. Not having a go or owt I am genuinely curious.

It is cooked differently slow cooked until it can be pulled apart.

Yeh so why not cook it like that then cut it?Why is it called pulled pork and not slow cooked pork?

Slow cooked so it falls of the bone.I've only seen it on programmes like Man Vs Food.
