I had a BBQ last night
Homemade mixed beef and lamb burgers, tonight we're doing lamb chops.

I put them in to marinade in oil, garlic and vinegar last night.

I predict they will contain a significant percentage of win.

But a red wine type vinegar could help to break down the meat a little
