Then the 'reply' function should be removed. This could stop the 'trolling' (real or otherwise) and also the sychophants who drool over their favourite b3tard saying 'You're a genius - yay and officelol, spitting coffee etc'

Then a rule could be implemented saying that if any non-relevant post was submitted (i.e 'The previous post was shit / great) then it would be removed.

Think it works pretty well as it is, sometimes half the fun can be the replies. If anything people should be warned on FAQ's etc.. That they might not like the comments they get and to grow tuffer skin. Think all this week off business is a storm in a tea cup. There is an ignore button for those that get genuienly upset, if they don't use it then they must secretly like all the banter/bullying call it what you want....
