I have a Desire HD and they are good phones.
The volume control is temperamental though, and the battery life is shit.

The PC syncing software doesn't work either.

Decent handset though, great screen and great camera.

Funnily enough, since I'm not a 14 year old girl, syncing photos is not high on my list of priorities
but syncing calendars and contacts with outlook is. So it sounds like that is not the phone for me.
