Beercan Chicken is Awesome!
I've done beercan chicken with a good real ale and its really good. You need to use the right level in the can and BBQ at the right temp. I have pics if anyone is interested...

I have tried many variations; different beers, volumes of beer, different temperatures, BBQ, oven, nothing seems to really make a difference.
