I've only had two pints.
Mind you, it was well after 1am when I got to bed this morning and I didn't have the greatest night's sleep. I have to go drinking for my leaving do tomorrow. I may end up cabbaged by about 8pm.

My trouble is, I think "Oh, I'm a bit tired, I'll have an early night". Then I get a second wind at about 10pm, and I'm not one of these people who nods off as soon as their head hits the pillow, so I stay up a bit longer. It's well shit.

If th wife and sproglet aren't about I'm rubbish at going to bed
But when in do in sleep like a log. Last weekend I got 2:30 hrs sleep on sat night and that was a miserable Sunday, I almost fell asleep in the pub!

Because I'm out all day and don't get much chance to have my own space
I often unwind after everyone's gone to bed by sticking a DVD on, which doesn't help either. Thank god for flexi time.
