I don't think i could face it,
Ladypig is an office person, and so.e of the stories she tells me of self important wankers is incredible. If someone spoke to me over the bar the way some of the correspondence from people comes across, they'd be out on their ear, but in her environment they just say "they are a client" and take it.

Your individual "clients" probably only contribute a few quid each week to your company.
Whereas in a lot of businesses a single client might make up nearly 10% of the companys yearly takings. If that was the case in a pub, you'd be willing to put up with a lot of shit or you'd go bust in short order.

i suppose you're right,
I take a lot of crap from big bookings. Bend over backwards to accomodate them.
Also, one set of your clients being a wanker won't affect other clients, whereas in a pub, wankers upset the decent customers, so its in my interest to boot 'em out.
