Whilst it is a bit unfair that smokers get to go outside for 5 minutes and have a fag and most companies won't do anything regarding the obvious difference in time worked that this causesanyone that would actually take this up by lobbying their management is so clearly a friendless cunt that they should be tarred, feathered and then shot in the face.
