I spent it in the company of
18 worthy hand-wringing trustafarian Guardian reading 30-somethings, who drank a single bottle of wine between them while discussing how awful child poverty in Africa is, and pushing a 20 quid meal aroud their plates but not eating it because they didn't want to get fat.

The lifelong vegetarian and his partner Mrs V and I were sat next to didn't agree that it's OK to eat animals because they're all cunts, and thought that such a viewpoint was rather narrow-minded, actually.

I'm not bullshitting.

Apart from Mrs V and I, one other person had a single whiskey and coke. The rest was either tap water or softies. It was like a fucking AA meeting.
