I mean, assuming you're talking about serial offenders, sexual violence and sadistic murder tends to be a middle class crime, presumably to do with some fucked up aspect of upbringing/boredom/whatever I guess. So you could argue if that socio-ecomonic group is predominently white, so will the criminals

I'm not sure more rapists and murderers in general are white though, I bet it pretty much exactly mimics the ethnicity stats in the UK. There are just more white people here.

i read somewhere that a lot of killers have lower than average IQs and higher than average testosterone levels - guess that would explain why so many of them are male. hmmm.
