My mate's daughter, a 2nd year uni student, decided to try cooking for the first time. She decided to boil an egg, got the largest pan she could filled it with water, and boiled it dry. She misread "boil for 4-5 minutes", as "boil for 45 minutes". She also tried cooking a frozen pizza in a wok. Kids today eh? *Shakes head*
