Getting an extra day's paid holiday over christmas was a nice surprise
I also discovered that I can upgrade my phone contract to unlimited pretty much everything for just £5 a month, which is worth it just not to have to worry about going over my allowances and getting scalped. So I did and was further pleasantly surprised to find that O2 seem to have done the whole transition on-line with minimal fuss and hassle, although I shall be scrutinising my next bill hard for hidden charges.

Alt: I like it well enough although I rarely drink it. Most recently I have been getting into herbal 'teas' and have found that once you get past the point of them all tasting rather like hot waters, there are subtle flavour differences that are quite enjoyable.

what the fuck is wrong with you people?

Tea and herbal do not belong together in the same sentence

Where to start two hats, where to start.
Well, for starters, he only has one hat.

either that was an attempt at humour or you are a fucking idiot.
I know which one my money's on.

Me too.
I have no idea why I read your name as Two Hats.

Is it pre-race nerves, Al?

It could be Monty
But you know what, I'm feeling pretty good, last night I ran a personal best over five miles, including the last miles in about 8m30s which I was particularly pleased with.

I'm surprised given how little training I've done for this one compared with the last one, but we'll see what happens on the day.

It's meant to rain, which I'm not happy about.

I for one would like you wish you the very best of Welsh luck.

Thank you
I hear you're seeing my team mate this evening.
(, Wed 26 Sep 2012, 11:00, Reply)
I am. Gutted to hear she's off the booze though.

(, Wed 26 Sep 2012, 11:02, Reply)
She's off the running too. Which makes a mockery of her reasons to not booze.
I realise of course her reasons for not boozing are unrelated to her not running, but you should still be sure to loudly mock her for her massive jessie approach to life.

I myslef enjoyed quite a lot of sloe gin, strawberry vodka and red wine on monday night, and look what it did to my performance.

I like a range of hot drinks
from strong coffee through to camomile tea. as an insomniac I try to avoid caffeine after a certain point in the day. what started as a pathetic substitute has evolved in to something I genuinely enjoy. I quite like having so many options.

Oh and I have many more than 2 hats
Today it's a fedora.
