I nearly did onceThey were using the front of my uni (Strathclyde) as a mock police headquarters some years ago (they put up a fake sign over the university sign and parked police cars outside).
The building looks grim enough to be a police station.
But I didn't hear anyone say 'there's bin a murrdur'. I am disappointed about that
